Delivery Information

UK delivery, fully tracked

We deliver kitchens, units, worktops, appliances and accessories across mainland UK. Every order is dispatched on a tracked service and we confirm delivery timing with you when your order or quotation is finalised. Larger kitchen and worktop deliveries are made on a dedicated service — we will contact you to arrange a suitable day.

Worktop delivery

Delivery charges for standalone worktops and breakfast bars are calculated by postcode at checkout. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore locations and certain remote postcodes.

Upstands, splashbacks, edging and accessory-only orders are charged separately unless stated. Worktops are long, heavy items and are sent on a specialist or pallet service, so please make sure someone is available to receive and help handle the delivery, and that the delivery address has suitable access for a larger vehicle.

Complete kitchens & bundle deals

Complete kitchen bundle deals are quoted individually, and your delivery arrangements and any delivery cost are confirmed in your quotation before your order is processed. Where a bundle offer is running, everything it includes — such as free mainland UK delivery — is set out in full on the bundle deals page, together with its terms and its end date.

The Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore and certain remote postcodes may be excluded or surcharged. Any bundle delivery benefit applies to eligible complete kitchen bundles only — it does not apply to standalone worktop orders, which are charged by postcode at checkout as set out above.

Trade and project deliveries

For multi-unit projects and phased developments we can arrange deliveries to one or more sites and stage them to suit your programme. Delivery arrangements, timings and any additional cost are confirmed as part of your project quotation. Submit a project and we will confirm what is possible for your sites.

On arrival
