Brooklands Kitchens delivers throughout the UK using trusted national couriers. Shipping method and cost are determined by the size, weight, and nature of the items ordered to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Delivery Methods
We use the following couriers depending on the item type:
Small & Lightweight Items
Smaller items such as handles, hinges, internal fittings, and accessories are shipped using DPD.
Medium to Large Items
Larger and heavier items such as kitchen units, doors, carcasses, appliances, and worktops are shipped using FedEx or specialist pallet services where required.
The appropriate courier is selected automatically based on the items in your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Because kitchen products vary significantly in size and weight, shipping costs may differ between products and orders.
For large or multiple-item orders, shipping may be quoted separately. If this applies, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
Dispatch Times
Estimated dispatch times are shown on individual product pages.
As a general guide:

Small items are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days

Larger items are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days
Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched:

DPD deliveries are typically made within 1–3 working days

FedEx deliveries are typically made within 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays and adverse weather.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Access & Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Adequate access for delivery vehicles

Someone is available to receive the delivery

Any delivery restrictions are communicated in advance
For large deliveries, items may be delivered to kerbside or ground floor only.
Damaged or Missing Items
All items must be inspected upon delivery.
If any items are damaged or missing:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographs of the packaging and items
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to raise a claim with the courier.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information, no access, or no one available to receive the order, re-delivery charges may apply.
Collection Orders
Some items may be available for collection by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to collect.
