Kitchens for Property Refurbishment Companies

For refurbishment companies

Refurbishment work runs on procurement. The kitchen is usually the single biggest line in a whole-property renovation, and the one most likely to hold up handover if it is specified late or arrives incomplete. Brooklands supplies refurbishment companies with kitchens priced from a schedule, delivered to a date, and available at more than one price point.

Whole-property renovation, one supplier for the kitchen

Rather than chasing cabinets from one merchant, worktops from another and appliances from a third, the whole kitchen can come from a single schedule and a single delivery arrangement.

Cabinets and carcasses

Base, drawerline, wall, corner, larder, appliance housing, bridging and boiler units. See cabinets & carcasses.

Doors and finishes

Shaker, slab and handleless across a range of colours.

Worktops and splashbacks

Kronodesign and Duropal laminate, plus upstands and splashbacks.

Appliances

Ovens, hobs, hoods, dishwashers, fridge freezers and washing machines. See appliances.

Sinks and taps

A practical range to finish the room. See sinks & taps.

Handles and storage

Handles and storage and waste systems.

Rental spec or resale spec

The two are not the same job, and the specification should not be either. A property being turned round for letting wants durability, replaceable parts and a finish that photographs well. A property going to market wants the kitchen to be the reason someone offers, which usually means spending the money on the visible surfaces — doors, worktop, handles and taps — rather than on what is behind them.

  • Rental. Laminate worktops, mid-tone doors, standard cabinet widths, hard-wearing sinks and taps.
  • Resale. A stronger door style, a more considered worktop décor, integrated appliances where the room justifies them.
  • Both. Ask us to price the same layout at two levels and compare them properly before you commit.
  • Repeat. Once a level works, keep it and reuse it — the second property is far quicker to procure than the first.

Procurement that fits how you work

  • Priced from your schedule. Send a unit schedule, a drawing or a bill of quantities and we price it line by line.
  • One quotation, one delivery arrangement. Fewer suppliers to chase, one point of contact for what is arriving and when.
  • Rigid cabinets to save site time. Fully rigid cabinets arrive built, so your team is fitting rather than assembling.
  • Nationwide delivery. Fully tracked mainland UK delivery, with larger loads on a dedicated service and the day arranged with you.
  • Individual project pricing. Trade and project pricing is assessed individually according to the products, quantities and requirements of each project.
Working on several properties at once? Send them as one enquiry rather than one at a time. It gives us the full picture, and it gives you a single set of numbers to plan against.

Starting from a bundle

Our kitchen bundle deals are coordinated, already-costed specifications — a fast, reliable way to fix a baseline cost per property before the detail is settled. From there we adjust the unit mix to the actual room and re-price. See bundles for trade projects.

Refurbishment FAQs

Can you quote several properties in one go?
Yes, and it is the better way to do it. Send them together and we will price them as a programme rather than as unrelated one-off orders.
Can you price the same layout at two different specifications?
Yes. Ask for it explicitly when you send the schedule and we will price both so the difference is visible.
Do you supply appliances too?
Yes — ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, fridge freezers, washing machines and microwaves can sit on the same schedule as the cabinets and worktops.
Can you hold delivery until the property is ready?
Delivery timing is confirmed when your order or quotation is finalised, and larger deliveries are arranged with you for a specific day. Tell us the programme when you enquire so we can plan around it.
Do you carry out the installation?
No. Brooklands supplies the kitchen — including fully rigid cabinets if you want them — and your own team or subcontractors carry out the fit.
