Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on standard stock items under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Items that have been installed, modified, cut, or used are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged:

Made-to-order or bespoke items

Cut-to-size worktops

Clearance or ex-display items

Appliances that have been installed or registered

Items purchased as part of a special offer or bundle where terms specify non-returnable

Items collected in person
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Photographs if the item is damaged or faulty
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Brooklands Kitchens cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All items must be inspected upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging
We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 working days
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued where:

Items are damaged due to handling or repackaging

Original packaging is missing or heavily damaged
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.
Collection & Ex-Display Items
Ex-display, clearance, and collection-only items are sold as seen and are non-refundable, unless proven to be faulty.
