Kitchens for Property Developers
Whether you are fitting out a single conversion or repeating the same kitchen across twenty plots, the job is the same: a specification that holds, a price you can build a budget around, and deliveries that arrive when the site is ready for them. Brooklands supplies kitchens to developers on exactly that basis.
A specification you can repeat
The most expensive thing on a development is a specification that changes between plots. Once a door style, colour, cabinet range and worktop décor are agreed, Brooklands can quote and supply the same specification again and again — so plot 12 matches plot 1, and your sales brochure still describes what is actually going in.
If the scheme needs more than one level of finish — a standard specification on the smaller units and an upgraded one on the larger houses, for example — we quote each level separately so you can see the difference in cost per plot before you commit.
Door styles and colours
Shaker, slab and handleless ranges in a wide choice of colours. Browse shaker, slab and handleless kitchens.
Cabinets and carcasses
Base, drawerline, wall, corner, larder, appliance housing, bridging and boiler units across standard sizes. See cabinets & carcasses.
Worktops
Kronodesign and Duropal laminate in postformed and square-edged profiles, with matching upstands and splashbacks.
Appliances, sinks and taps
Ovens, hobs, hoods, dishwashers, fridge freezers and washing machines, plus sinks and taps to complete each plot.
Unit-by-unit quotations and product schedules
Send us a plot layout, a kitchen drawing or a unit schedule and we will price it line by line — every cabinet, door, panel, plinth, worktop, appliance and accessory, with quantities. That gives you three things a lump-sum quote never does:
- A cost per plot you can model. Multiply it out across the scheme, or vary it by house type, without guesswork.
- A checkable schedule. Your site manager can tick items off on delivery rather than opening boxes to find out what arrived.
- Somewhere to value engineer. If the number is over budget, we can show you where the money is — a décor change, a different worktop profile or a revised appliance choice usually moves it more than shaving units.
If you already hold a quotation from another supplier, send that instead. We will price like for like against it so the comparison is genuinely useful.
Budget control
Trade and project pricing is assessed individually according to the products, quantities and requirements of each project. There is no published blanket discount, and we would rather tell you that plainly than quote a percentage that turns out not to apply to your scheme. What we can do is put a firm, itemised number in front of you quickly, and hold a conversation about where the specification can flex.
Delivery coordination and phased requirements
Kitchens that arrive too early are a storage problem and a damage risk; kitchens that arrive late hold up second fix. Tell us the programme and we will work to it.
- Fully tracked mainland UK delivery on every order
- Larger kitchen and worktop deliveries on a dedicated service, with the day arranged with you
- Phased releases against plot handover dates rather than one site-wide drop
- Delivery timing confirmed when your order or quotation is finalised
- Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore and certain remote postcodes may be excluded or surcharged — always confirmed before processing
- Full detail on our delivery information page
Rigid or flat-packed
Cabinets can be supplied fully rigid — built and glued before they leave us — which is normally the right choice on a development: less time per plot for your fitters, less packaging to clear from site, and a more consistent finished result. Rigid assembly covers building the cabinets; it does not include installation at the property.
