Does applying guarantee I will be approved?
No. Applications are reviewed individually. We look at the type and volume of kitchen work involved and get back to you either way.
Does trade membership include a credit account or payment terms?
No. Membership does not create a credit account or fixed payment terms. Payment terms are confirmed for each project as part of your quotation.
What discount will I receive?
There is no blanket published trade discount. Trade and project pricing is assessed individually according to the products, quantities and requirements of each project.
Can I get a quotation before my application is reviewed?
Yes. Use the project submission form and we will price the project regardless of where your application has got to.
I am a private homeowner — should I apply?
Trade membership is aimed at businesses. If you are buying a kitchen for your own home, send us your plan instead — our free kitchen planning service covers exactly the same ground.
Do you supply outside mainland UK?
Our standard delivery covers mainland UK. The Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore and certain remote postcodes may be excluded or surcharged — tell us the delivery postcode and we will confirm before anything is processed.
