Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK on a fully tracked service. Larger items such as kitchen units and doors are sent via FedEx or a specialist pallet service and are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days. Because your bundle is made to your sizes, we confirm exact delivery timescales and any pallet delivery cost with you once your plan is finalised. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can put it right quickly.
Returns
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).
